Feeling Festive

It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas already here at
the PGHL office as our social calendar gets even busier than usual, but who’s
complaining?! Since our last update, we’ve hosted some amazing launches,
spanning retail, fashion and food, and have some top-secret projects in the
pipeline that we can’t wait to tell you about - watch this space. For now,
check out our most recent goings on.

Back to black with
Bar Soba

Bar Soba stormed into the buzzing Northern Quarter strip
earlier this year, bringing its unique blend of Pan-Asian inspired street food
and cocktails all the way from Glasgow to Leeds. We hosted an amazing menu
launch, where some of the cities most discerning food critics were given a masterclass
in Asian cooking, before sampling the goods. The Aromatic Red Duck was an
absolute triumph, sending our bloggers quackers for more (Sorry, we couldn’t
resist). You can now enjoy 50% off food and cocktails every single Monday with
Half Price Mondays, allowing you to cure those post-weekend blues.

A few weeks later, we hosted the Bar Soba Black Card launch,
which saw punters enjoy an array of tasty nibbles, as well as some of the most
inventive cocktails known to man (Our favourite is the amazing Drumstick
Caprioska made with Stoli vodka). Sign up for Black Card membership and receive

Topman #ThisisDenim -
It’s in our jeans

We’ve been lucky enough to work closely with Topshop and
Topman for some time now, and we rose to the challenge when asked to cover 10
cities in one weekend for their Topman brand. The #ThisisDenim campaign saw our
promotional team advising customers on Topman’s extensive denim collection,
allowing them to avoid a fashion faux-pas, and pick out the perfect pair of
jeans.

We also have a four day event for Topshop in Birmingham
coming up, so look out for the PGHL team as they hit the streets. Whilst we’re
on the subject of retail, our new partnership with York Designer Outlet is
shaping up nicely, with our team working flat out over the past fortnight.

Make no
mis-steak…Stockdales have smashed it!

Since launching Stockdales of Yorkshire over a month ago,
the five star reviews have been flooding in; the restaurant already has a hoard
of regulars who can’t get enough of the melt in your mouth Wagyu beef and
five-star service. We can also highly recommend their Sunday roast as the
perfect end to your weekend. We got to meet the Lord Mayor of Leeds at the
launch event, check out our photo!

The New Conservatory gets a
revamp

Speaking of Sunday roasts, another Leeds big-player, The New
Conservatory, are remaining true to their name, undergoing something of a
facelift. Drop in for a drink and a bite to eat and check out the results (We
really rate the Spicy King Prawn Skewers!).

So that’s about
